Billing Terms
Payment Schedule
- Monthly invoicing based on hours worked
- Payments due within 5 days of invoice date
- Accepted currencies: USD, EUR
- Late payment penalty: 1.5% per month

Timely payment ensures uninterrupted service delivery and maintains positive working relationships with our remote staff.

Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
Confidentiality Agreement
Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information confidential, including but not limited to business strategies, technical specifications, and client data.
Work Products
All work products created during the engagement remain the client's property upon full payment of services rendered.
Contract Terms
Termination Notice
After the initial trial period, both parties must provide a 2-month notice for contract termination.
Immediate Termination
Either party may terminate immediately in cases of contract breaches, misconduct, or failure to meet agreed-upon terms.
Dispute Resolution
- Negotiation: Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation.
- Arbitration: If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through arbitration under Philippine laws.
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Limitation of Liability
Global BrainForce's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
